I would like Makarova to shock Sharapova, because she is a quality player on her day.
Think it will be the top four though in the Semis, unless someone poisons Serena's drink, Sharapova gets another shoulder injury, Vika goes back to her old frustration days and smashes about five rackets, and Li well she can beat Aga if she plays her game.
However that won't happen unfortunately.

There isn't a Big 4. There is a Big 3. And for the interest in the sport of tennis, I'd prefer Li over Radwanska.

Radwanska beats Li (especially in straights) there is a very strong case of her being a member of 'the big 4', at least as far as hard courts are concerned.

I would like to see Kuznetsova in SF and ofcourse Stephens (In this case Masha could actually win AO  ). I prefer Na than Aga in the semis too. But if I must choose I pick Kuznetsova. =)

I'm OK with Aza-Rena-Aga-Pova Semifinalists...... but Azarenka vs Serena will be a 50 minute beatdown , because Azarenka is awful this year, underpowered, making more UE than in 2012 etc , Sveta can be more a threat or at least make this match competitive
