1.7m. 75kg. My PT measured my body fat with calipers to be around 15%.
I'm pretty happy with my body right now. I just need to maintain it.
So many thin, skinny guys.  |

6'2" (188 cm) and weight...too skinny  I eat what I want and how much I want. Junk food, cakes, vedgetables, meat, fruits and so on, but I don't gain any weight. |

I don't know about others but my PT does skin fold calculations for me. Basically, tape measurements in all places and then using calipers measuring the skin fold on arms, shoulder blades, chest, stomach, thighs, calves and then using a calculator to find out.
I think it's the most accurate one unless if you use medical imaging or underwater techniques. They are obviously more expensive and more accurate.
