I did not see this coming. Really thought that annika would win this one
on a side note. What in the hell is with all the bagels? this is rediculous

I've not seen Beck play before and with her recent results I was expecting her to win this, but she was truly and utterly crap!!

Ayumi has improved a lotf specially mentally she's a different player, fighting for the match and stay confident and positive  Her groundies are really good 
Annika wasn't at her best  Still great tournament

She isn't exactly a future Grand Slam winner in my book but she does have potential for the Top 40 quite easily.

Can´t disagree. I don´t even want to know what Shedova did to lose to Beck. Then she was also on the verge of losing doubles with King to someone named Aoyama and Falconi.

Big surprise for me. Morita vas pretty good, but Beck wasn't playing so good as she can. Many games were long and competative, but Morita was just better today. Serena next.
