Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
i remember last season something similar happened to Pepperdine and I emailed them and it was changed in a quick second.
LOL i had forgotten about Abby and because of that she will forever be remembered like this:
"Hayley played her freshman season at Fresno State where she competed in the NCAA Tournament against No. 20 Notre Dame. She also competed in all 25 dual season matches for the Bulldogs, compiling 16 singles wins overall, with five coming against WAC opponents. She was also ranked No. 81 in singles at one point during the year."

I fear that may be the wrong question.

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
#2 Florida vs. #4 Duke.
Duke takes the dubs point. First dubs point UF has lost in over a year.
UF wins 4 first sets (1,3,5,6).

A whirlwind comeback by Amal
UF lost the dbs? Against Capra-less Duke?

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
Duke comes back to win second sets at 1, 3, and 6. Turewicz close to finishing Collins at 4.

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
it seems that UF was determined to win the 1st dbls(Lauren and Sofie, both college slam finalists) and Duke, the 3rd one
And nice to see Monica play #4 at last
But why is Marianne still playing #6
Well still I guess it's a proper matchup 'cause she's playing against Janowicz.
(So #5 is good too, Mulholland vs Morgan)

Duke has this one in the bag, they are close on 3 courts to winning.

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
And Jodoin clinches it with a 62 in the third win over Janowicz.
Capra and Kahan-less Duke blitzing Florida. Very very impressive. Wonder if UNC will do the same.

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
I'm not surprised Florida lost, but am surprised it was 4-0. Florida is not a great indoor team, but they usually fight better than that. Don't think I have ever seen them lose all 6 2nd sets in a team match. Congrats to Duke. UNC tomorrow for Florida, that will be even tougher and I am sure indoors, as well.

Final set decider TCU v Vanderbilt: http://gofrogs.cstv.com/livestats/w-tennis/xlive.htm
Liv was 3-5 down in the 2nd set.
Mira lost 10 of the last 11 games, so TCU won 4-3

Could yet be a whitewash (if they're playing it out).

Re: Matches of the Week - 2013
Great win for TCU but puzzling loss for Vanderbilt, as they have been playing well all season. This really is an unpredictable season!
