Für mich fängt dann das Jahr auch richtig an. Und es motiviert mich, morgens in die Gänge zu kommen. Wenn sich Tennisspieler bei heißen 40°C auf nem Tennisplatz quälen, dann ist das pure Motivation, mich von unserem deutschen Januarwetter nicht unterkriegen zu lassen

Also in Schulzeiten habe ich tatsächlich immer strategisch für die Australian Open bestimmte Tage "eingeplant". Naja, Abi und Studium habe ich trotzdem gut geschafft.

Allerdings muss ich schon sagen: Bei AO oder Dschungelcamp fällt die Wahl doch wohl leicht, oder?

Ich mag die US Open gar nicht (weil ich das Land nicht so toll finde^^). Und nicht verstehen kann, wieso man kein Dach baut oder zumindest die Plätze abdeckt, wenn es regnet. Aber coole Matches gab es da natürlich.

Danach ist es nur noch langweilig. DSDS hab ich allerdings länger durchgehalten.

Von einem GS-Finale sind die Deutschen sehr, sehr weit entfernt, da braucht man sich keine Hoffnungen machen.

Das waren auch Ausnahmefälle. Um in ein GS-Halbfinale zu kommen, muss schon alles passen. Mehr ist aber praktisch nicht möglich.

Sehe ich ähnlich, liegt halt an der Konkurrenzsituation an der Spitze. Wir haben seit vielen Jahren wieder eine stabile Top 3 die einfach etwas über den anderen steht, da mal eben einzubrechen ist nicht so einfach. 2011 wäre noch die Zeit gewesen mal eben einen Slam abzustauben, jetzt ist das richtig schwer.

Die besten Chancen haben immer noch Bine in Wimbledon und (theoretisch) Julia bei RG, weil sie auf Sand richtig stark sein kann und RG der einzige Slam ist wo zwei der drei aus den Top 3 nicht so 100pro favorisiert sind.

Sabine traue ich ein Wimbledon-Finale durchaus zu solang sie in der anderen Draw-Seite von Serena ist. Wie sie sie dort allerdings schlagen soll ist mir schleierhaft, das schaffen bei einem grossen Finale ja nichtmal Vika und Sharapova.

Erst mal abwarten. Sharapova und Serena waren ja in der Vergangenheit durchaus verletzungsanfällig, ist ja nicht gesagt, dass die jetzt die nächsten 3 Jahre durchspielen.
