Muguruza is VERY good so I'm not sure what to expect from Pegula.
Magdalena Maleeva's last words at her send-off:
"There is a saying that there is no friendship in tennis, but I've proven the opposite. After all of them are here, it means that there is friendship and I want to thank them for being here tonight. I hope the fans are happy too."

You can see in this vid that Pegula is surely talented but with her consistent groundstrokes she should be a good matchup for Mona.
And let's be realistic in both ways. On the one hand we should not overestimate Mona's chances against the top players at this stage of her career but on the other hand we should not underestimate her chances against players like Pegula and even Muguruza. On a normal day she should beat both of them but at the same time i am well aware that Mona can loose to nearly any player when she is off.
Summary from Pegula's coach; "She's not trying."
It was almost a replay of the matches against Panova, Davis, Hercog.
What is she thinking?
Without a coach again, ugly attitude, same old problems..
Regroup yourself, miss barthel. Don't repeat 2012 disasters.
