I use facebook too much. I have no interest in twitter.
Have people not heard of instagram's changes to their terms and conditions? They can use or even sell the rights to your photos without even notifying you. I use flickr a lot and I've made over 250 euros from my photos (often simple ones, certainly not my best ones) That money is nothing compared to how much I use it but it's good to know that every once in a while my hobby while provide me with a little cash.
I use foursquare quite a lot too. People should use it. Some bars and restaurants offer deals just for checking in. I've gotten a couple of free drinks. You can get a free pizza after your fifth check-in at my local Domino's, although not at other Domino's branches. My local Domino's used to be the busiest branch in the whole world (maybe it still is but I doubt it because of the recession) so that could be part of the reason why they have that offer. I also got 40 euros off a language course just for checking-in on 4square!

My two faves are Facebook and Twitter
Use them both numerous times in the day, also use Instagram and Foursquare regularly (Have used Google+, Formspring, VKontackte too but its rare)

Facebook - Rarely updated but use solely for close friends and some family
Twitter - Follow celebrities/tennis stars etc. use for daily news and gossip
Tumblr - Image research/ serious fashion photography
Instagram - Hipster lenses  |

Facebook is just the ultimate social network  I am on it waaay too much.
Recently got into instagram. I like it so much more than tumblr. So much more personal. |
