I live near an almost totally gay (men) city, and there's this clothing store (a new one pops up every six months and then closes). So, I'm looking around and I'm not a twink, but I can wear the "fatty" clothes in a twink store, i.e. my waist is 33. Anyway, the dude behind the counter, who is a bear, is telling me the new scheme in gay town on clothes is that no one will admit to wearing an extra large, etc., so the they have "downsized" the clothing so it ranges from XXXS-L. Any they lie on the waist inches, i.e. is says it's 31 inches, but if you measure, it's 34 inches. He says the lying on the waist inches is everywhere today, even in normal clothing stores to make people feel good about the clothes.

this is true, I buy clothes in a very cool (non gay) shop in town and the jeans I'm currently wearing are 29 and I need a belt to keep them on me. I remember I went dancing one night with these and I wanted to look cool and informal and decided to not wear the belt for the night...a guy took them off in a sec, I was in the middle of the club and everyone saw me
