The weirdest part is Svetlana's choice to play with Yanina  . Yanina is an awful doubles player while Svetlana is the AO defending champion along with Zvonareva.
Good luck girls. Hopefully Flipper wins a match or more. |

Maybe Kuznetsova was to play with Vera but when Vera withdrew she needed to find a new partner. Yanina hardly plays doubles so wouldn't have already commmitted to play with anyone else.
This should be good for Yanina's doubles. She will learn a lot!

I saw the doubles of Yanina till 2-1 in the second set. She just had to serve 4 times but it was looking good. Overall she was playing a decent match. Sadly enough Sveta couldn't win any of her service games.
