Of course we can. I only added them because they always have livescores and streams.
I'm not following 10K's that much, so if you know any other ones with a good service I will add them

Nowadays at least 90% of tournaments have live scoring of some sort. In fact, so far every ITF in 2013 has had livescoring. Most of them from 2 courts at least. Only problematic thing is finding the oop, when tournament does not have a proper website or national federation page does not update stuff (like USTA, LTA, RFET do).

I'll leave it as it is for the moment then, and everyone who manages one of these 10K's can decide which one he likes to do.
