of course Valerian pills are more natural than sleeping pills

at first i was happily thinking that my sleeping problem had been solved since i was able to fall asleep in less than 1 hour for 3 consecutive nights, however, i could not fall asleep again ever since the 4 nights, so i have no way but to take sleepiing pills

or may be, I am just getting old, you know when you get older, the harder you are going to get sleep

How are you doing? Long time I was not here.Hope everything's going well for each of you.I am busy,busy,busy (what's new? ) and so have little time for internet...Today I feel very tired because I was playing tennis earlier and my shape is always terrible

Do you have sleeping problems,Miranda? Besides the sleeping pills,I think physical exercise also helps to sleep better.I have taken sometimes valerian pills.Sleeping pills I have taken also but I hate its effects,the next days I feel like a zombie and completely inactive,I don't like feeling this way.But if they work for you...

you better not to eat greasy food

well, may be my anxiety problem is too serious, so this Valerian pills only work a little bit for me

it seems that i can only sleep better on fri & Sat nights coz for the days immediately following, I only have to work half day and no work, so feeling less pressure. But as soon as I have to work full day for the next day, I could not fall asleep

this woman is certainly not me, I am super slim, this is Oizo's room mate in Frankfurt mental hospital
