But I must admit.. This is ridiculous. The times Pironkova beat Venus was NOT Venus at her peak. Venus at her peak would DESTROY Pironkova. Venus won their first match up in 2005 6-1 6-3. That year Venus was playing her best tennis ever.

Anyway, my vote goes to Pironkova. There are just those certain players that top players hate playing, and find to be nightmare match-ups. Pironkova is that to Venus.

Well, who said Pironkova was at her peak actually? 
We could judge with as much depth this only when they are both old and retired. They are young and green for now.
