But can be new next year with 128 Players Quali Draw...?

There is 12 Q spots.

Kanepi is confirmed out, Dulgheru might or might not use SR.

Final cut-off was #112 last year, #115 in 2011.

I think it is a 96-player QD so there are 12 qualifiers and 8 WCs.
Therefore, if there are no players using Special Rankings, the real cut-off should be #108.
