I admit I may have exaggerated a little bit, but to me that's a lack of general knowledge, especially by a person who travelled the entire world.

Can somebody clarify the rules for me? Are "like" votes still counted if somebody doesn't post (enough) "hate/dislike" votes? The rules suggest that isn't the case:
