Looks like big ITF in South Africa will return, but as 50k+h.
Both Bath tournaments will be 15k.

USTA has updated the 2013 schedule:
Week of March 11 - new 10k in city TBA
Week of September 30 - new 10k in city TBA
Week of March 4 - 25k tournamnet has been cancelled(not sure where it was)
Week of March 18 - new 25k in Gainesville, FL
Week of May 27 - new 25k in city TBA
Week of June 25 - 50k tournament has been cancelled(not sure where it was)
Week of July 1 - new 50k in Sacramento, CA
Week of July 8 - new 50k in city TBA
Week of July 15 - new 50k in city TBA
Week of August 5 - new 50k in city TBA
Week of September 30 - new 50k in city TBA
USTA 75k's stay in Albuquerque, NM and Phoenix, AZ.
USTA 100k's stay in Midland, MI and Vancouver, BC, CAN.

There are so many American cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, Seattle, Portland, Minneapolis, Detroit, St. Louis, San Antonio, etc. that would love an event and instead they pay for Vancouver?

Probably Johannesburg? I was 100k in 2010 where Bratchikova won but it wasn't played this year.
