Not quality you expect from a slamfinal...But they both had high intensity and tried their best, just too many UE's from Maria.

Both were at their peak but that means Vika wins
(because when both are peaking what happens is that Vika will simply not allow Masha to have enough time to hit her bread-and-butter hard flat angled shots off the ground).

Vika has now won every Premier Mandatory title except Madrid, where she has made two finals.  5th title of the year. 
Maria.... 
Clueless play from Martha. Vika didn't even play that well, similar to the IW final in that way. I'm also sure Vika hit at least 9 winners, not 7. |

good job...not a great match though  keep going vika 
martha tried too often to hit through vika which just isn't gonna happen on hc....when she reverted to claypova for a bit and hit with more width instead of all out power she got back into a good spot in that 1st set, but then that missed shot on sp happened and well.....yea

Real #1 putting the pretender in her place once again.
Score could have been even worse for Maria  She can't deal with Vika's returns when it's on and she can't stay with her in the rallies so it doesn't leave much. |

Masha was 0-30 , 0-30 , 15-40 on Vika's serve in second serve .... Wasted it all. Not even 30% of UE were forced errors, if only forced by Masha psychological collapse
