Perhaps they can provide tighter security for that particular court or something.
It would be nice to think they made that decision for the right reasons, unlikely as it may be.

It's the same in Chinese, and i'm sure a Chinese player has been there at one point as well
All the main Courts are massive anyway, 3 and 9 are probably the same size

Not exactly , court 9 is a practice court, no seats around, but people still can watch near the court.
