Yes very sound and effective....she is very small though so will need to get a bit better at keeping on the baseline and hitting on the rise etc but i was impressed with what I saw and she mentioned she was finding her best form again after some injuries....very nice girl.

Astra served for the match at 64 54 and although i don't think she had any match points she missed some easy shots in that game and then lost a hard fought tie-break. Unfortunately she struggled with bad cramping in the final set and at one point had to forfeit the third game to seek medical treatment after collapsing on the court with cramps in her legs....she has improved heaps since i last seen her and shot up in height....should of won this match and I hope to see her playing these full time from now on...

Indeed.....Boj was far from impressive in her singles earlier in the day also....looking very thin and still trying to deal with some niggling injuries.

Storm withdrew from those past events due to an elbow injury which she is still managing hence why she didnt play doubles this week....she will get in the draw as a LL tomorrow as Sacha Jones has withdrawn with a wrist injury. Hopefully storm can take advantage of this would love a rematch with Cabrera in R2!!

Okadaue won a marathon match today that lasted over 3 hours!!

Barty/Peers look a great combo....Sally was volleying very well with ash setting up the points...

Any other questions ask away.......except for Livestream....please note the venue is working hard to overcome the problem....it was working fine the day of qualies sign in and then the computer crashed and it has been one drama after the next ever since...

Any reason why the stream was turned off before final match in the evening? I heard someone go to the computer, click some stuff and there goes the stream...

And I think you need the microphone on the court, not next to where you're working, although it is fun listening into your conversations

Not sure why they didn't stream the last match, my guess they didnt check with the office and realise there had been big court changes today and there were late matches to go on after everyone else had left....

Mic is coming through the computer that the laptop is running off not possible to put on the court sorry.
