It should be a sound decision if she will retire. She's obviously not fit enough to play 3 sets which will inevitably happen, and Dominguez Lino will definitely play this extremely slow, high bouncing gameplan which will be very exhausting to play against.
And I don't see how that is "disrespectful" when uninjured players play 1 match and then pull out of tournaments all the time.
