In Tashkent she's seeded as 2 (with slumpy Niculescu as a top seed who hasn't won a match since June). What's your problem? It's not that she cannot reach a final with such a field.

Hopefully shoulder is well enough to do well in Tashkent. Made SF last year so could totally win

Well don't assume there's a high possibility of her winning a WTA tournament until she wins one.
