Ana ain't losing to Piri

I'm bold enough to say that she will pick herself up and finally reach the quarters of a Slam, especially after saying (once again I may add) that her goal is to finally get to a quarterfinal stage of a GS tournament. I think it would really help with her confidence... But, we'll see. Her BH is just

And her mentality at this point of her career is

Anyway, I used to dislike her very much, especially because of her unhealthy rivalry with JJ. I used to cheer for anyone playing against her (I remember being crushed when she won after saving a match point against Dechy at Wimbledon, but then she lost to Zheng in the next round, so I forgave her for that win

). But she has kind of grown on me lately. And after all is summed up, she deserved to finally reach QF of a Slam again, especially when we look at some other players who managed to do the same (Kanepi, Makarova and a bunch of others...). Plus I don't know how she became this in my eyes, but she is kind of a sweetheart

I think Ana will beat Pironkova btw but I'm not too confident. I mean, it's Ana.
It would be nice to see her get that QF after all this time.

The only quality item Ana has in her game is her forehand... Anyway, the times have changed. Woz was number 1 when dark times were upon women's tennis

But look at the game today. The fact that Maria is not number one based on her results from this year speaks volumes on it's own...
