Summer Hardcourt Season, The Princess is Gracing Tennis Courts Again!
Ok annoying me no one has created a thread for her summer hardcourt season. So here you go, Anna plays Bronx 50k this week, she is in both singles and doubles draw.
Bronx 50K -
Round 1 won 6-1, 6-2 vs PEREIRA, Teliana
Ronud 2 vs PLISKOVA, K [6]

Good scoreline against Pereira who I'm not familiar with.
Next up is Pliskova The Lesser (Kristyna, the left-hander). That will be a tougher test but she only just scraped through the first round against Sirotkina.
Anna's got doubles tomorrow partnered with Ormaechea  against 4th seeds Dolonc/Puchkova.

Pliskova is tough, anna hasn't got a very easy draw for a 50k really, this week is a pretty quiet one ITF wise so bronx has a pretty good field. still i love she is playing doubles again

I dont think Pliskova is tough. She is rather brainless and not the kind of cynical player that Anna always loses to. Most likely they will be trading unforced errors until someone cracks and holds serve.

in other words a classic chak match 
i still remember her final set against momo paris indoors 2008, she won the set 6-3 and she held serve once and momo zero times in the final set
