Jo TennisTv sieht schon besser aus und die Features wie Catch Up und das es jetzt sogar wieder was vom Court1 gibt, obwohl da nur Doppel laufen ist auch nicht verkehrt. Nur macht einem der freie Spox Stream + der relativ hohe Preis einem das Abo nicht gerade schmackhafter. Aber auf eine reine WTA Version für den halben Preis darf man wohl ewig warten.

Vor allem hat er Görges extrem blöd ausgesprochen, aber gut sind eben Umlaute. Aber der Kommentar bei TennisTv ist schon der größte Nachteil zu einer normalen TV Übertragung. Aber am lustigstenen finde ich die englischen Kommentatoren immer bei Kivitova, oder liegen die da richtig?

Die Kommentatoren sind das was ich bei British Eurosport am meisten schätze, insbesondere wenn da 1 Mann & 1 Frau sitzen. Bei 2 Herren wird's dann teilweise ein wenig zotig.

Ich mag die beiden auch am liebsten. Aber ehrlich gesagt find ich den Kerl bei tennistv besser als Fassnacht. Stach kann ich aber gut ertragen.

Mir gehen deutsche Kommentatoren eigentlich fast immer auf die Nerven. Wobei ich mich da fast ein bisschen im Verdacht habe, dass ich einfach Britisches Englisch als Sprache bei Sportkommentaren grundsätzlich bevorzuge, auch verglichen mit Amerikanern.

Stach ist im großen und ganzen schon sehr gut. Manchmal ein wenig zu viel "Weltklasse". Aber es gibt schlimmere. Aber insgesammt mag ich englische Kommentatoren beim Sport auch ganz gern.

Hab mal ein bisschen gegoogelt:

Zur Situation des Tennis in Deutschlands Fernsehen findet man genau zwei Artikel:

Von Waldenfels nach Lisickis Halbfinale in Wimbledon, der mehr Tennis ("Volkssport") im TV fordert.
Und Herrmann von Bühlbecker aus meinem alten Club TK Kurhaus Aachen, dessen 1. Mannschaft ja BL spielt und mehrfach Meister war.
Es gibt einfach viel zu wenig öffentliche Stimmen für den Tennissport.

Übrigens fand ich auch noch, dass 5 Millionen Deutsche Lisicki-Sharapova bei Olympia geguckt haben!

Bei Olympischen Spielen schauen auch 6 bis 7 Mio. irgendwelche Randsportarten, die sie ansonsten niemals sehen würden. Das ist kein Maßstab.

Und mehr Tennis im TV, gibt es nur bei nachhaltigen Erfolgen. Beim Fed Cup ist man davon Lichtjahre entfernt.
