What a bizarre match based on the stats!! Melanie won 82 total points to Sloane's 81 total points.
Melanie saved 2 match points in 2nd set tiebreaker when she was down 4-6. She won 4 points in a row to win the tiebreaker 8-6.
In the first set Sloane won 25 points; Melanie only won 8 points..
2nd set: Melanie 49 points, Sloane 46 points
3rd set: Melanie 25 points, Sloane 10 points.
 at how weird this match was. I did not watch it though. |

Great fight though Melanie, I am glad to see that the worst is definitely behind her. I didn't see the match but I can only guess that Sloane was sulking after the second set. She needs to improve her attitude on court if she's going to make it to the very top.
