First it's Jankovic training with Caro, then she's relaxing with Aga and then Safarova. Isn't it wonderful that she can speak and chat with everybody. If you're friendly and smiling you get more of that in return - simple but it works.

Nah, we are polite and overly apologetic but not necessarily friendly and smiling. Or maybe I am just a bad Canadian and that is the reason they put me down in this hole?

>30 years of teaching and trying out this simple rule tells me it works. Of course there are situations better than others. I had a girl in 7th grade always coming late 5-10 minutes every morning. Everybody else were scolding her - I tried a different way. Nice to see you - we've just started. Nice makeup today a.s.o. after a month or so she was almost precise in my lessons - without raising my voice.
