I wasn't here in 2004 but 6 years ago it was a lot less crowded here and GM was nowhere near as crazy

BTW could we ask for something better than CLAYPOVA for posting the pic in the champ thread? It's simply PERFECT

Re: Roland Garros 2012: Victorious Moo

Words can't describe how thrilled I am right now.

I can't believe she won a slam again and completed the career grand slam in the process!

Congrats,Masha

Re: Roland Garros 2012: Victorious Moo

I don't know but, Maria's been winning everything the moment I registered (not bragging about it.) Actually the Stuttgart final was the first time I actually "joined" because I was in the livechat Queen Fabray made, and I was under the name "LethalPova". Since I registered, nothing but good luck has blessed us and Maria herself Although the loss against Serena was inevitable, but I really know Maria will beat her this year again. I'm sure of that. Serena only beat Maria because Maria wasn't playing smart tennis like she did in 2004 Wimbledon. Since, she's been hitting the ball harder and harder giving her less focus on everything else. But this year's a completely different story. She's smarter, more patient, more tactical, and just more dimensional, thanks to Thomas.

I've been on here for three of them, but I honestly can't remember all that much about how the forum reacted, I just know I was super happy.

I actually have a sore throat right now, I screamed so loudly when she won
This is the first time ever where I'm sad to see the clay season go

A lot of the members that were around in this SS forum in 2004 dont post much if at all anymore.

Yes meltdown is probably the right word for GM after Wimby....but it went on for weeks a lot of argueing and abuse etc. It was quite entertaining but there was a fair bit of stupidity from both sides.

Its safe to say there is a lot more respect for Maria from all quarters these days and it shows today.
