UGA putting Herring in the lineup

I've heard Herring might be serving underhand for the tournament. She has some sort of circulation problem in her arm where her arm gets really swollen when she hits. She is supposedly having surgery after NCAAs

Thanks for posting.

Not sure how many of our questions these answer, as this doesn't mean Ahn is healthy, but just ensures that they can play her if need to. However, the Will at #1 is an interesting move by Florida considering Embree was at #1 for the SEC tourney. Also, I'd be REALLY surprised if Herring at #4 doesn't get challenged.

I thought she already had surgery? Huge blow to UGA regardless.

Apparently she put it off so she could play NCAAs. She has been resting it and hopes to make it through NCAAs before she has her surgery. She will be out for a while. Honestly I don't think UGA should even let her play, she hits for 15 minutes and her arm gets huge. Seems like it is not worth the risk of further injury but I guess we will see...

Re: 2012 NCAA predictions & bracket analysis!

Lauren doesn't talk at all about injuries in this interview (although she does mention her 3.9 GPA), but Jeff alludes to it. Hope she's feeling good by Friday!

So awkward putting her on the spot like that, asking her GPA straight up?

Re: 2012 NCAA predictions & bracket analysis!

UGA wants to win it all, they also know this might be the last chance to win it for some time Going the Stanford way last NCAA..

Honestly if UGA were fully healthy I'd have given them a strong shot at home this year.

I can't believe Gajic is the 7th player at UT

And no Embree vs Gibbs

Changing my picks (and will do it on TRN but right now there is an error)

Duke will def. UGA in the QF's. Florida will def. Duke. Florida will def. Stanford in the final.
