A lot of players (Verdasco, Raonic) have confirmed it : the surface is slower and the bounce is lower. It might be goods news for Maria

I hope it is, but the higher bounce on clay leaves the ball to be smacked from opponents like Vika and Aga. Maybe the bounce was just too high last year and now is more in line with the other clay courts?
