Serena has a slight edge on serves, Maria has a slight edge on ground strokes and both move reasonably well.

It's clearly a toss-up and it would be a sight to behold if Maria steps up and erases 7 years of poor memories with one giant Swoosh.

But,let's not pretend that this match means too much going into RG. We've seen it all week,this is a strange surface and nothing like RG. Nadal lost in the 3rd round to a guy he was 13-0 against,therefore there isn't too much that can be read into this tournament

Partially true, but this would mean a lot to maria, though, confidence wise

The n word is inappropriate and should not be used by any races, that's the bottom line.

As some posters point out that fighterpova is Serbian and should not know better. 1)Is he really from Serbia? and 2) Even it turns out he is, from what I read, he knows what he's talking about.

I can feel, though, that his intention is to make humor rather than hatred toward some Serena's fans on TF.

But I can feel also how people would feel hurtful by the comment.

Anyway, Please move on. And like Jamie said it's just tennis people, no need to get so serious.

I wasn't excusing his behavior, just bringing up the point that some foreigners don't understand/interpret words the same way we do.

Are you kidding me?????????????? People who don't "know" that the n-word is inappropiate under all circumstances are purposely ignorant.
