Overgrip recommendations?

I've tried tons of different overgrips - tacky, ultimate absoption, feel etc etc - but they all become slippery very quickly. Yes I admit I have sweaty palms, but it almost seems as if I have to change overgrips mid-match. I've been using the Babolat Pro Team Tacky lately, which supposedly has "220% absorption", but even that doesn't stay tacky for a whole match. Anyone have any recommendations for a good overgrip that would fit the bill?

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

I am using the Babolat VS Original Overgrips. They are really thin and won't increase the grip size too much. They give a nice dry feel and are an excellent for me, but I don't have problems with sweaty palms, so it may be different for you. The bad thing about the Babolat VS Original Overgrip is that it wears off a little bit faster than other overgrips, but I guess it's normal as it is really thin.

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

I use the the Yonex Super Grap overgrip. From all the ones I tried previously this Yonex one was miles above all of them, for me.

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

Babolat VS Original are nice, as mentioned, due to their thinness, and they give a great feel, but I also like the Babol XL, though from the US I have to order them from England as I can't find them here. They are thicker but have perforations which I think help out a lot with absorption. Have had no problems with either grip in terms of slipperiness, and Florida is pretty humid.

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

If over grips aren't working, try using those Dry Grip Lotions...

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

Hmmm. Just tried Gamma Supreme - very, very good. Tacky, absorbent. Pretty good feel.

Re: Overgrip recommendations?

Tourna Tac is my favorite by far. I use the pink one.
