Germany vs Australia Fed Cup World Group Playoffs 2012
Definately the highest quality tie in the playoffs, Germany come in as the favourites as the Australian team that looked good at teh beginning of the year have started to faulter, with Jarmila Gajdosova not playing like a top 100 player and Jelena Dokic no longer in the top 100. This tie could range from a German white wash to a 3-2 Australia if Sammy can win the singles and her and dellacqua can close out the dubs

Now when I think about it, Aussies are dead meat 
German team will come of as?? Kerber, Lisicki, Goerges & Barthel?
Aussie team most likely: Stosur, Gajdosova, Dokic, Rodionova.
So I wonder who the German's will put on singles 
Aussies might even put on Rodionova on singles

German Team will most likely come with Lisicki, Goerges, Kerber and Groenefeld
because Groenefeld is such a experienced doubles-player
and Rittner seems to be like BFF with her
for me Australia is favorit, Stosur will win 2 singles and 1 doubles

Mona in the team would be a miracle, Rittner love to stick with the same team
and so i guess we will see the same team as we had against the czech republic
Petko is unlikely to be nominated since she hasn´t played a match since January
i guess she will be there to support the team, but not as a official team member

In my opinion, whoever wins the doubles will win. Stosur to win both singles and They might as well play Ash Barty as they are almost guaranteed to lose the other singles. Focus on Sam and the doubles.

voted for australia though chances seem to be balanced; if surface wasn't clay and Petko wasn't disavailable I'd voted for germany

Most likely to put her on instead of an injured Dokic.
If 2-2 they might put Stosur/Dellacqua.
