Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
She seemed very tired in the last set (no "allez" no shadow tennis for example " but played very solid
If no burnout, she could beat Stosur.

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
Damn. Pity it had to be in such a winneable match. Pull out your next two tournaments please Marion.
Many Stosur fans overreacting to the signifigance of this 'win' I think

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
Not to worry, I think she was more exhausted then injured. She got the important win yesterday, today would have been a bonus.
Extremely tough draw next week, I dont mind if she rests until IW, Dubai/KL aren't going to do much good for her ranking.

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
She is likely to still be 7th after dropping her 700 points from IW final (Vera has Doha W coming off next week)

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
Even falling early in IWs, she would have a better chance in Miami to make up for those points, the courts suit her better and no Bepa in R4 this time. This result is great for maintaining her ranking indeed.

I'm sure she will pull out from Dubaï. She has nothing to earn there.

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
A fine last two weeks.
I was gutted for her in Paris, losing the final in front of her idol and the home crowd, but, including the final, she played two great matches that week. Nothing to be ashamed of.
I was impressed with the way she was defending and moving the ball around yesterday again Lucie in the last set, though today was one match too many.
Hopefully she pulls out of Dubai.

Re: Doha/Dubai/Kuala Lumpar
Marion has explained that she has 2 days off. So, she will make a final decision just before match vs Peng.
