Ah yes, but actually reading the OOP, I see that ... The first matches on CC and BN both starts from 0-0, 1st set? ... Kerber also has to play again later. Is her 1st match, also a full match?

If a match doesn't have "tbc" (to be concluded) after it, then it's a full match.

You're all acting like its impossible to play two matches in the same day, or that favouring the home-town favourite is a bad or unusual thing. She won here in 2010 playing the SF and F in one day, and she's not made of spun glass. Chiillll.

To Be Continued. Roger that, but unfortunately Montreal doesn't incl this in their OOP http://www.rogerscup.com/women/english/orderOfPlay8.php

Anyhoo, 1st matches on CC and BN under way now. Ta, CW ..

When I google "Montreal weather" it looks like rain everyday. They might have to finish this indoors

I think the last year has been hard on everyone, we`ve all become rather paranoid. Every opponent is scary in some form or another these days, every cough of her must mean she's sick... I'm sensing a very low level of confidence in her in general.

Maybe not but I believe that her hair is made of spun gold.

Comparing 2012 to 2010 does not make much sense, as in 2010 both finalists had to play one full match, before the final.

Today Wozniak is playing perhaps only one game, where Caroline has a full match, before their possible meet later. Either Lep or Caro will be in a disadvantage. It's not the first time a local player is favoured by organizers but if it's bad or good depends entirely on whom you support.

Re: Danish Delight - Caroline Wozniacki thread - vol 5

With Na Li's win today against Errani, and the early defeats of Cibulkova, Bartoli, Ivanovic and Stosur, Caroline gets some help in this tournament. Lets hope she does her part by defeating Lepchenko and Wozniak (or McHale). The sky is clear for now.

All?

You've been in GM too much where they act as if every Caro fan has exactly the same opinion, all Sharapova fans say the same thing, all Williams fans think the same and Venus and Serena are the same person. Contrary to popular belief and if you actually read the posts - you would find we are individuals with different opinions and don't ALL think exactly the same. See links to posts below:

How can anyone be confident after her last 12 months? How can Caroline be confident? She has 4 match wins since May, we're in mid August

Clearly I was responding to the people who were expressing that opinion. You've been in GM too much, where everyone acts like everything is directed at them personally.

Not me. I've virtually abandoned GM. I miss the picture threads but otherwise I think I am a much kinder and gentler poster for avoiding it. You all must have noticed how much mellower I have become, right?

This was Caro's sixth 3-setter her last nine matches.
3 hours rest before next match!
