Belgium vs Serbia Fed Cup 2012
Belgium are slight favourites simply due to the form of Clijsters and Wickmayer.
A very close tie is in the making, but I think that the belgians are slightly better prepared on the singles court with Jankovic likely to lose both matches. This tie really could spin around though.
I am predicting a 3-2 victory for the belgians

I think people underestimate Flipkens against Jovanovski
I also think that this tie reminds me of 2010 Belgium-Poland, with the depleted team and Flipkens having a decent shot to win a singles rubber

Flipkens leads 1-0 against Jovanovski. It's in 2010 but Jovanovski is probably less good and even if Flipkens is not in a good shape since a while i think she can beat her easily.
Btw Flipkens was not ridiculous against Kvitova last year, i'm sure she can make a good fight against Jankovic.
And if Jelena is like against Wozniacki at AO, Yanina has her chances if she can stay calm
