She is not a playing a singles match 
Kiki just won and now Bibi plays against Annet Kontaveit.
Hopefully she will play doubles, otherwise she's stuck here....

Relegation has been avoided
All in all a disappointing Fed Cup, but relegation is avoided and we'll try again next year
