We have 131 players this week, so those 2 tournaments per week in December will definitly not enough. There would be enough other 10K-tournaments but I'm quite sure that we could get troubles to find OOPs or even draws.

Last year we've extended the draws to 64 MD's. What would you like more? A third tournament or two tournaments and one of them with a 64MD/32QD?

Tournaments could be like this:
$10,000 BANGKOK, THA 03 Dec - 09 Dec 2012
$10,000 BANGKOK, THA 10 Dec - 16 Dec 2012
$10,000 DJIBOUTI, DJI 17 Dec - 23 Dec 2012
$10,000 ST. PETERSBURG 24 Dec - 30 Dec 2012

I like the 64 MD/32 QD idea! Are there any European tournaments-since you can find info on tenniseurope. I also am worried about my management in Santiago, CHI. I'm not sure if I can find OOP and draws. If I can't should I make the tournament a 10k that all info is updated? Thanks!

if you cant manage 25K in santiago.. tell me ! i can, i go all the days to see the match and know the OOP and draws..

It depens on how many players commit. usually the MAIN DRAW singles starts on tuesday, while MAIN DRAW doubles begin on wednesday

Well if we don't find a manager, it's still better to get one even if the diffs are posted late.

I think it's better for you to start as an assistent, as it seems you have no clue about managing.
And without computer managing in TT is nearly impossible, you would have to invest hourS each day.
