Very few entered Luxembourg. Maybe it's an idea we only have 1 tournament next week?

Sasja,
Firstly thanks for offering to run Moscow next week and possibly taking the small number of players from Luxembourg (if we cannot find a manager). The PAW Board recently discussed this issue of cancelling tournaments and the general opinion seemed to be that from the start of 2013, tournaments without a manager would be cancelled 24 hours before the normal commitment deadline. Players at the cancelled tournament would then be transferred to the highest ranked tournament provided that the manager is willing to accept these additional players.
Therefore, if no PAW manager comes forward to run Luxembourg before Saturday 13th October 9pm CET, then all players at Luxembourg will be transferred to Moscow.

Thank you.
Note that there are several weeks a year with Premier (or higher) and an International the same week, yet Washington this year was the first tournament in a long time to be cancelled for not having the minimum 12 committed players, and even that was only because of the special occasion of the Olympics.
So usually there's enough demand for the smaller tourneys for us to keep them.

I could have done Luxembourg, but I'm going to be on vacation from finals day, so would be hard to do the last update. 
If anyone has time on Sunday 21st they could do the last bits, I suppose.

What I meant was that, not because of the fact not many players committed to Luxembourg which is understandable, but there is no manager for Luxembourg yet. So if no one is volunteering, maybe it would have been an idea that players who committed to Luxembourg would play Moscow.
As there aren't many players in Luxembourg I would be able to add them to the Moscow EL.
Sorry, I wasn't really clear in my post.
