Only real interesting thing I noticed, which isn't on the schedule above but does appear on the ITF site here, is that the GB1 South American has been moved to the week after Copa Gerdau. Smart move since not many of the top South American girls played the tournament this year which was after Wimbledon. On the other hand, it might be a tiring schedule with Banana Bowl, Copa Gerdau, and South American GB1 being played in successive weeks.

Other than that, nothing seems different about next year

Good news, making the GB1 after Wimbledon was a bluff.
