I dont think I'll be able to handle Lexie dying. She's one of my faves. Plus, Meredith has had too many tragedies in her life already!

As I said before, I can only really handle Owen dying. In fact, I'd like him to.

All of the characters except for Lexie and Arizona have signed contracts, or have been confirmed safe by Shonda. Anyway, wouldn't it be too obvious if Lexie died? I think it's Arizona. I mean, she wasn't even supposed to be on the plane. She took Karev's spot in that last heated minute. And she also had that emotional "don't ever leave me" speech with Callie. It would be totally unexpected if she died, since she's married and has a baby. Shonda said it would be extremely difficult and unexpected, and that's why she felt the need to tell everyone there would be a death in the finale so we could all prepare. Yes, Shonda said that Lexie and Mark get some satisfaction that is both lovely and bittersweet in the finale, but she also said that there is nothing at all she can say about Callie and Arizona. The promo is hinting at it being Lexie, which would be much too obvious in my opinion. We hardly ever see Arizona. Besides, Shonda is killing a character to advance the storyline. If Arizona died, Karev would probably feel like it's his fault and take her place in Seattle. If Lexie died, I'm sure Meredith and Mark would want out of Seattle ASAP, leaving no reason for Derek, Cristina, or Karev to stay. Jessica Capshaw (Arizona) has also been tweeting A LOT about the finale lately-- much more than anyone else. She has been live-tweeting, too, saying that the finale was unbelievable to film. But the other day, she said "Watch it. Be surprised. Be Mad. And then Tweet mean things." It's like she has been slowly preparing us all for her death without giving anything away. I hate the thought of either of them dying since they are (unfortunately) my two favorite characters, but I'm betting on Arizona

oh no, not lexie. i really like that actress and i wish they'd have done more with the lexie character.

arizona OTOH can go, she never did much for me, and her relationship with callie never came across as strong or believable.

Is it too pathetic to say that the highlight of my week will be watching the finale (and community's) & that the outcome of the finale will probably make / ruin my whole weekend?

I'm not sure but for some reason, I'd find it a lost easier getting over one of the male characters dying over one of the females aside from maybe April because her character has become pretty annoying after she bombed her final exams.

alex is a kunt, but that's his reason for being (on the show). avery OTOH is useless.

agreed. the character of april would have been a big chance to develop something interesting, a sort of coming of age story. but nothing ever happened, she remained this annoying, hyper person.

I think April has grown so much as a character & in just 2 - 3 episodes, she is more human like now, with flaws & hopes instead of this perfect annoying little girl. I'd like to see how much she can develop.

Izzie & Lexie were kind of like April in many aspects & they changed overtime to be more likeable, I don't think April has been given script & proper storyline to develop in such way yet.
