Currently they are standing like this: Siniakova 1146.25 --- Ana 1112.5
So, if Siniakova lose her semis than she will stay at 1146.25.
If Ana win her semi final match then she will be at 1202.5.
If Ana lose singles semis and won doubles final she will be at 1135...
So it's obvious that if Siniakova lose tonight and Ana win her semis she will be #1 from Monday.
Kontaveit can't catch Ana or Siniakova even if she win the Australia (and I think she will)...

Re: Ana Konjuh
I think Siniakova is currently at 1141,25 but anyway...am I seeing things right or there will be no streaming for juniors tomorrow? And by "no streaming" I mean absolutely nothing, not even the girls doubles final! Now that's just idiotic.

Re: Ana Konjuh
You're right. When I saw the schedule, I was at least hoping we would see Borna on MCA, but that won't be streamed either!

Re: Ana Konjuh
Ana's opponent in SF, also haven't lost set until SF...I think she will be dangerous...especially when you know she is unseeded but obviously great. Good luck Ana!

Re: Ana Konjuh
Kulichkova seems to be on a good run here, but if we'll talk about realistic chances I think she'll just repeat last year's result (SF). Looking at stats and numbers Ana is a clear favorite, to put it mildly.
Kulichkova did reach #3 just half a year (or so) ago, but she did it more by playing many tournaments (15 in 2011+doubles in almost all of them) than by making some incredible results. Her only GA title is the Mexican one and even on G1's she didn't thrive all that often. I think Ana will take care of her if she is allowed to get into her zone.
But I'm still stunned with the lack of streaming...not so much for the semis, but a final in which girls from Ukraine (solid tennis nation), Czech Republic (a genuine tennis power), Canada (country rising fast on the tennis map) and Croatia (long tradition of great tennis talents) is not enough for them to put the cameras on. I'm sure there'd be more than a good number of interested fans from these respective countries who'd love to see the girls final, even it's "only" for the doubles title.

Re: Ana Konjuh
Kulichkova is good but I think she's not good enough for Ana, can't really see her losing this one here

Today Ana's singles match is first on court 3. Her doubles match is then third on court 6.
