Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
This new tennis centre has got 18 tennis courts!
10 tennis outdoor clay courts. 5 indoor hard courts with ace rebound surface and 3 indoor clay courts (with the modern clay surface used in Stuttgart).

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
This could be perfect for an ITF $100,000 tournament, or the Fed Cup (Group I of Europe/Africa Zone)

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
So sad that Poland doesn't organize more tournaments... Poznan and Gdynia are really interesting for at least ITF events, and I hope we'll be able to see some matches there very soon.
Thanks a lot to Kimadusah for these discoveries

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
Gdynia used to be the organizer of 10k ITF tournament. Klaudia Jans even won it beating Agnieszka Radwańska on her way to the title. Gdynia also was a host of 2009 Fed Cup tie: Poland vs Japan.
The Sobota Tennis Centre hosts Men's ITF Future this year.
Also organized 2011 Indoor Club Championships of Poland on hardcourt

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
So I hope women will be back there soon, as there's no international tournament in these cities for women for the moment. When you see that Czech Republic has so many, Poland looks ridiculous (especially this year) ^^ But I know, Czech Republic is a big nation of tennis, while Poland isn't even if there has always been some talented players...

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
Blame the PKO BP Bank we lost so many ITFs. They prefered to spend their money into horrible advertising campaign with Szymon Majewski...

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland

Kort nr 1 (najbliżej budynku), 2 i widać kawałek 3.

Re: Tennis venues and potential tennis venues in Poland
nice venue but no decent centre court in Zabrze.
Here is Sopot Tennis Club:
This is the 1st indoor venue used for Davis Cup in Sopot:
I could have found only centre court photos from Sopot but if there is anyone, plz take some pictures as the club is pretty nice itself!
