Help in finding a song...

Does anyone know any opera song (sort of, sang by a choir usually), quite popular during the climax part of some movies. I don't have the sample but it gives a haunting yet anxious feel... Anyone?

O Fortuna is a part of Carmina Burana by Carl Orff.
You should listen to all this magnificent piece.
