The bubble had to burst sometime I guess. 
Still Corinna did a very admirable job making it to the 3rd round and that epic 2nd round win, in which she saved numerous match points is something she sound be proud of and build on.
Jamie Hampton definately deserves it though. She has done a great job coming back this last 15 months after having her tennis career curtailed for over a year by injury. And while she is probably the most low profile and unheralded of the new wave of young Americans she looks every bit as likely to have a fine career as any of her peers.
