This week Sandra plays the $25.000 Jackson event in the USA, she qualified (winning all 3 matches easily). She now faces 2nd seed Sharon Fichman ranked 127, it's going to be a tough match for Sandra!

Sandra is on fire! She took out #127 ranked Fichman 63 36 75 before another win on the same day against Madison Brengle #227 (75 63). Great results and now a quarter final against Florencia Molinero which we are awaiting a result for...

Sandra lost 26 26 against Molinero, I guess she couldn't keep the run going! Anyway more positively her and Hilda Melander made it into the doubles draw and our through to the semi finals!
