Only saw parts from the 2nd set and Alexandra of course didn't stand a chance being the main agressor on court, but without consistency or the initial fire power to trouble the Italian who is simply too solid for her.
Still, she had some nice moments and some pretty good rallies. There are certainly worse players in the Top 100 than her. I hope she can keep this up in Bucharest next week.

Haven't seen this for quite some time, but wow, she has improved her defensive movement by tons.

Yes, in individual sports it's certainly harder and also depends a lot on the persons. Some can completely turn off the friendship on court or in the arena and some struggle and therefore don't want to have any closer relation to other people.
