Just for the benefit of managers of tourneys, I will record everyone who is eligible for a special exempt in this thread, and will record the tournament that they are eligible to enter into. the winners of challengers in the first few weeks of the season will have to be patient as they won't be eligible for an SE in any tourneys until after the AO.

Please note: there is a maximum of 2 SE places in the main draw of every international tournament. If 1 or both spaces are unclaimed by the time of the tournament entry deadline, then the extra place(s) will go to the highest-ranked player(s) who would otherwise be in quallies.

Please note:

Winning challenger tournaments towards the end of this season will NOT necessarily guarantee an SE for winners. We will undoubtedly run out of international tournaments to place people into as SEs, and likewise, there are no internaitonal tournaments in the off-season (obviously), so off-season challengers will not enable you to get an SE.
Challenger winners will keep being awarded SEs only until the SE limit for all international tournaments this season, and for the first 2 weeks of next season are filled. At that point (probably September/October???), challengers will be played for ranking points and for fun, but NOT for SEs. SEs will start being awarded again in week1 of the new season
