Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Button looks off his game so far this year. Last year he was the best driver but didnt win since his car wasnt fast enough. This year his driving isnt of the same level as last year. I am sure he will pick it up in the coming months though and regain his rightful place as F1 Drivers Champion. Lewis is driving his best and still finished below Button who isnt driving his best in 2 of 3 races.

Glad to see Rosburg win. He is way too good to not have won a F1 race. He would be far more competitive if the car was faster.

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

That was an awesome final 10 laps!!
Mostly due to Kimi falling back from 2nd to 12th in 2 laps.
Fantastic race

Rosberg winning a race just makes the fact Heidfeld never won one even more saddening I think.

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Congrats to Nico!! He can "marry" with the number 1 (1st Pole, 1st Win in his 111th race). Too bad for Schumacher and that mechanic

Mclaren seems to be the best car on trainings so far, but is not working much on the races. Red Bull dropped too much from the last season. And is good to see Lotus/Renault, Mercedes and Sauber making good races and be competitive. This year should be very interesting..

Bruno Senna doing good

Felipe Massa

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Hier we go again - Baharin F-1 shame and disgrace part II

I say it's time for Jean "toad" Todt and Bernie "blood on his hands" Ecclestone to (for once) do the right thing: pull out of Bahrain permanently! Stick a fork in it.

Quote:
It's not safe: Force India duo fly home after petrol bombing

The controversial Bahrain Grand Prix came under renewed threat as two Force India employees flew home after team personnel were forced to flee protesters hurling petrol bombs.

The incident happened when four Force India team members were unwittingly caught up in a battle between security forces and anti-government demonstrators. They were stuck in traffic after leaving the Sakhir Circuit just outside the capital Manama... (continues)

Let's hope all will be well in the race at Bahrain. All that talk about possible violence was terribly unsettling.

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

British MPs are creating a new controversy with this statement:

'No-one will ever be forgiven' for going to Bahrain

Also, they asked the F1 Teams and Drivers to boycott the event. Huh

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Vettel has won Bahrain GP... but there's nothing to celebrate this disgraceful weekend, whereby at least one man has been killed by the savage barbarians who are controlling the country and are funding that scumwhore (Ecclestone) in order to use F1 as propaganda platform for self promotion and image enhancement

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Kimi Back on the podium in his 4th race after the comeback. I can't believe it.
I'm still not convinced it was a great idea to save tyres yesterday in quali though.

Congrats to Sebastian

The championship looks interesting. Next race in Barcelona will give a clear indication about the performance of the cars. I can't wait to see what will happen there.

Re: 2012 FIA Formula 1™ World Championship

Despite all the things related to the stupidity of the race in Bahrain, this season looks really interesting..

4 races, 4 different winners of 4 different teams

Red Bull is back to the fight. Great performance from Kimi (from 11th to 2nd), Grosjean and Lotus\Renault.

McLaren and Ferrari was the deceptions. And Rosberg was to be penalized..
