Time zone

Y'all know this world clock: http://24timezones.com/

In New Zealand, it's monday, early afternoon. In California it's sunday afternoon. So, what if someone takes a plane from Auckland to San Francisco in this direction -----------------> ????

Will the plane be back to monday morning after leaving monday afternoon?

Re: Time zone

As the flight would probably take half a day (usually), so I think it's possible the situation to happen.

Re: Time zone

Isn't it like a 10-12 hour flight Auckland-LA? So yeah wouldn't work really or would it

Didn't Concorde kind of "time travel" in that respect. It would land in NYC before it took off in LHR in time zone terms. I think Time zones confuse me

Re: Time zone

Concorde used to be able to land in New York before it had taken off in Heathrow.
