Yeah that sucks. I'm choosing to see it from the angle 'almost 2x 25k titles defended in 2 matches  ' Another win would be excellent. Will be tough though.

The main thing is that she's winning WTA MD matches now. This will do her confidence no end of good, and her ranking can only go up from here I think.

Technically her ranking can still go down 
Agree would trade ITF titles for WTA wins any day. Plus if she wins a round or two at a GS she would make up for all the points she would have lost. |
