The hopeless misfit(s) existential party cave
Well, I don't really feel legitimate at all to start my *~*own*~* chat thread... I mean, I know everyone can basically do it and it doesn't have to make any sense, but I'm not """popular""" here, I'm actually pretty much invisible/inexistent I assume, I barely know anyone really (rather than very superficially) so I guess this thread is gonna be a quiet flop .
But whatever. I guess I'm just feeling lonely here (and in general) and I'd like to get to know some people like really, the ones who want to (if there are any ), and maybe make true chating buddies. There are actually quite a few people that seem really nice and that I'd really love to know more beneath the overwhelming army of brutal trolls.
I'm aware all of this probably sounds pathetic and very "primary school playground 7 yo-ish", but I found out that (like IRL) in the various forums I've be on, while most people seem to fit in fairly easily and quickly hit it off with groups of people, I often find myself a bit isolated on the roadside.
Well, if you didn't collapse into your computer screen falling asleep or died reading this laborious blurb, that'll be at least a good thing.
Anyone who isn't afraid of nice weirdos is welcome here, we can talk about anything. I don't have the most conventional centres of interest and cultural taste, but I'm curious and quite an open person I believe. Let's make this a nice surrealistic mess

Hey! How are you doing? I so thought this thread would be pages of unnoticed monologue
Yes Dzegonfly, let's enforce the Potapova army! It's fun that the only 2 Potapotards in the world (well, I suppose ) are French
I really hope she makes it to the top someday, I know it's a huge way, but she's such GM star material She would make TF implode

Okay. Greetings. Share some of what makes you think of yourself as a "weirdo." IMO based on the posts, most people here - of whatever sexuality - seem to fit or do their best to fit within societal norms.

Well, I dunno, that's people who keep reminding me I'm some kind of weirdo, so it must be right after all. To this you can also add that I'm probably the most depressed person on Earth, I feel like I'm collecting every possible issue that neurosis has to offer. And few people share the same interests, taste, way of seeing things as me, it's a fact life has taught me.
But yeah, being "weird" and civilized aren't mutually exclusive.

What are some of those interests? BTW being different, non-conformist, a misfit doesn't mean being uncivilized ( whatever that is) Maybe part of your being depressed is caring too much about wanting to fit in?
